1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the BIRT Incident Response & Triage website (the "Site"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below (the "Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Site.

BIRT Incident Response & Triage makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Site or the information, content, or materials included on the Site. You expressly agree that your use of the Site is at your sole risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIRT Incident Response & Triage shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

BIRT Incident Response & Triage reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US/Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
